Update Windows!

This section will walk you through the best method to make sure you are on the most recent version of your operating system!

Windows 10

Run the program below to get it to check for the newest version of Windows 10. We recommend that you at least try it before moving on to any other methods of troubleshooting. Windows 10 Upgrade AssistantIf for some reason that doesn't work, Search on the computer for "Update". It should give a suggestion to check for updates.

Windows 8.1

Search on the computer for "Update". It should give a suggestion to check for updates. Select that one, and it will automatically check for any updates. If it finds any, then it will prompt to install them. Once they finish installing test your system to see if you are having any issues.

Windows 7

Search on the computer for "Update". It should give a suggestion to check for updates. Select that one, and it will automatically check for any updates. If it finds any, then it will prompt to install them. Once they finish installing test your system to see if you are having any issues.
